Preservation of evidence
Precautionary preservation of evidence during construction work creates clear conditions before damage occurs to neighboring buildings. State-of-the-art technology is used to document cracks and damage . The damage reports, including photo documentation, are stored centrally and independently and made accessible to authorized persons. We are also happy to print and send out evidence preservation documentation for you on request.

BIM "as built"
Based on building surveys and using 3D laser scanning, the real building or object is captured with high precision. Depending on requirements, floor plans, sections or complete 3D models with different levels of detail (LOD) are created in CAD - providing a reliable digital project planning basis for architects, engineers and planners.

Performance and quality assessment (L&Q)
We monitor and document the construction progress for you - neutrally and independently. The independent, deadline-related status and performance assessment provides you with unalterable, comprehensible and court-proof documentation. A precautionary preservation of evidence helps you to ensure smooth project progress and protects you against future claims and damage!

Managed Cloud
In the UhuCloud, your data is stored independently and securely in a Swiss data center. You decide who has access to the data. By exchanging information digitally, we ensure that all documentation is provided securely and traceably - as a "single source of truth" for all project participants.
